The parallels | 2020
The proof prints of some of the cartographies related to Imagines Mundi research, when looked at for what they are, depict a strip of landscape comparable to the portion of space between two parallels of the globe.
But parallels are imaginary lines like these landscapes that resonate in the imagination; thus, between two imaginary lines/two edges of paper is a portion of the sky and its constellations, a sea between two coasts, an alpine pass, the section of a cave and the unknown underground.
