The poet’s house

Perched on the ridge of the Parma Apennines, the village of Casarola is known for being the place of choice for the poet Attilio Bertolucci and his son Bernardo Bertolucci. In the upper part of the village there is the seventeenth-century house of the poet, still frequented by the family, where Attilio spent long periods of inspiration until the last years of his life.
